With over 30 years in the hospitality industry, Ravish Arora and Rajendra Kelshikar are widely respected as one of the very best in the field of fine catering, restaurants, and bakeries in Pune. They founded Innvenue Hospitality Management Pvt Ltd. in 2000, a brand that changed the dynamics of food in Pune. They own and operate some of our favourite restaurants in Pune where their work is on display seven nights a week.
While our cakes have become a much loved staple in Pune, our portfolio has grown to include fresh artisan breads, handcrafted cookies, bespoke cakes, gourmet sandwiches, savouries and a wide range of retail products.

IRON BAR 'N' GRILL
After having established the 'Inn Venue' name in the Pune Restaurant industry with our brands Polka Dots & Incognito - Restaurant, Bar & Cafe, we have taken our first step into the Nightlife industry with IRON BAR & GRILL. With Iron, we aim to deliver a wholesome experience in terms of Fusion Food, Cocktails concocted by expert Mixologists, and a beautiful Vintage Vibe, making us your perfect Neighborhood Bar.
With an obsessive commitment to experimentation and innovation, Ravish Arora has been in the hospitality industry for almost 30 years now. He is an alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai.
His professional training includes a culinary program from the Oberoi School, Thai cooking at Oriental Hotel Bangkok, Thailand, French cooking at Ecole Des Arts Culinaries et de Hotellerie, Lyon, France with the world-famous chef, Paul Bocuse. Before establishing their company, Innvenue Hospitality Management Pvt. Ltd. in 2000, Ravish worked at the Oberoi Hotel, Mumbai, for a couple of years and eventually at the Blue Diamond Hotel, Pune as the Executive Chef and F&B Manager.
